LightStream - Good to great credit
We’ve partnered with LightStream to offer financing for Clever Tiny Homes. LightStream financing is direct-to-consumer. This means LightStream will fund the loan to your bank account directly and then you will pay Boxhaus Tiny Home. The advantages of this type of loan is you can also financing other related Tiny Home work (like landscaping) at the same time.
We’ve found LightStream loans to be competitive, if not better, than RV loans or other similar types of funding. You can apply online and receive a response within just a day or two.

Delivery
We currently have the capability to deliver most tiny houses on wheels within The United States of America. If you need your tiny house delivered further than this, we can meet you partway or arrange for a freight company to deliver your tiny house anywhere. Your tiny will be fully insured and moved by a professional who has extensive experience moving tiny houses. As the industry continues to grow, there will be more and more transport companies coming online to transport tiny houses and hopefully transport fees will become more competitive as this takes place.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a Tiny Home cost?
That depends, usually a good rule of thumb is $300 a sqft. This may vary depending on constructing type that’s why we have all our clients go through an initial consultation. This allows us to best serve our clients and give an accurate estimate.
Zoning – Where can I put this?
Under 400 sqft - You can “almost” put it anywhere! You need to be aware of the rules and regulations in your neighborhood and township. Example: Home Owners Associations may not allow RV’s or Boats in driveway or lawn. A tiny home usually falls under this category as well.
Over 400 sqft – Is consider modular. Which means it requires different permits depending on the State and County. We are certified through a 3rd party vender, NOAH, to inspect and certify every Tiny Home.
*Boxhaus Designs are not responsible for researching your townships codes and ordinance laws. Our Tiny Homes are certified as RV’s and our containers are considered mobile or manufactured structures.

Most of our models are made on chassis and easy to tow. If you require a site build, we operate in a 30-minute radius of Palm Beach Gardens.

I had the wonderful experience of working with BoxHaus Tiny Homes in remodeling my spa! I am so thrilled with how gorgeous it turned out! When I saw the Odin advertised for sale, I requested additional information of its build. Aside from the floorplan being perfect for me, the build quality Rick put into this showpiece was obvious, and has elicited positive comments from all who see it. Rick and his team were a real find. I was living in the Caribbean and had to relocate to Miami toot sweet. Searched high and low for accommodations but hated everything on the market. I had intended to retire in a tiny home in 15 years or so but decided to risk upping the schedule to 2 months. Being from a design background I was drawn to Boxhaus for its esthetic...their homes have a rustic feel but with cool modern vibe and surprisingly spacious interiors. And the light inside all of the designs is insane. Anyways. Under intense time constraints, Boxhaus knocked out my house on budget, on time and with great attention to detail and quality. I trusted these guys and sent them money up front without ever meeting them. They didn’t take advantage when they could have. They were top notch from start to finish and best of all...they’re decent human beings, which is a dying breed these days. Highly recommended!!!!!
